Can we submit just the frontend?

Provided the project consists of separate frontend and backend, can we just submit the frontend and treat the backend as a third-party api?

General devpost rules state: “You may submit a project with a private or closed-source component, as long as the submission includes a working demo and sufficient documentation.”

But how about this particular hackathon?

  As long as you comply with copyright/IP rules, create a full app and use Kiro to implement, yes.
