Account Credit Issue for Past User

So it's been over 2 weeks since I registered and provided my User ID for this hackathon yet my account hasn't been credited with the free 2000 bonus credits which I have seen few talk about in the discord server or have been granted a discount on the pro + version as the mods in the server were mentioning for past Kiro subscribers (I had bought the Pro version in October).
