Request for Clarification on Kiroween Hackathon Evaluation Criteria

Overall, it was a good experience and many winning projects were genuinely impressive.

That said, I noticed a couple of things and wanted to check if others observed the same:
• The rules mentioned demo videos must be under 3 minutes, yet a few winning entries had videos exceeding that limit.
• One winner (social/blog category, I believe) didn’t have a demo video, and the project didn’t seem functional—curious how it qualified.

Not questioning the effort of the organizers or winners just seeking clarity and consistency. Did any other participants notice this?
Managing hackathons at scale is tough, and I’m sure the Devpost team works hard but transparency always helps build trust.

I would also like to know the criteria for the blog post prize. Not many of them were in the Kiro Dev.to.
Same for the Skeleton crew criteria, it required to have an extra 1-2 projects in different repos but not everyone had it.

I would also like to know whether my project was even tried or not as I created a login credential for judges, but I dont see any sign in with the account during the judging period, last sign in was on 9 dec, which was done by myself for testing if judges can easily login with credentials, I dont even think they tried it out or even doubt they saw the demo too

Unfortunately we're not able to give specific feedback on individual submissions.
    - Per the rules - Judges are not required to watch a demo video beyond three minutes
    - Blog post links are only visible to judges, all of the winners selected had eligible dev.to links

yes right, I checked my database logs too. I don't see any logins either.
